1. What this service is

Certes Lodge ("we") operates certeslodge.org — a free editorial guide to tribal installment lending and state-licensed cash advances, paired with a request form that forwards your inquiry to third-party lenders or a loan-matching network. We are not a lender, not a broker of record, not any lender's agent, and not a tribe or tribal entity. We make no credit decisions, issue no loans, and accept no loan applications.

2. No offer, no guarantee

Nothing here is an offer of credit or a commitment to lend. Availability, amounts, rates, and terms of any loan come solely from the lender, under that lender's underwriting and — for state-licensed products — state law. Approval is never guaranteed. Figures in our guides are legal ceilings computed from public statutes or labeled market observations; they are not quotes.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to submit a request. Submitting a form confirms the information you provide is truthful and submitted for your own account.

4. Consent to communications

By submitting a request you agree that we and the lenders or partners in our network may contact you about your inquiry by email and — where you provide a phone number and consent — by telephone or text, including through automatic dialing systems and prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Withdraw it anytime via the opt-out in messages or by contacting us.

5. Compensation

We may receive compensation from lenders or the matching network if you take a loan after being routed from this site. Compensation never changes your price: licensed lenders are bound by state caps, and tribal lenders keep their own published terms regardless.

6. Editorial content

Guides are informational only — not financial, legal, or tax advice. Statutes change; we re-verify data at least quarterly but warrant no figure as current. Confirm binding terms in your loan agreement and with your state regulator.

7. Intellectual property

The text, design, code, and data compilations on this site belong to us or our licensors. Short quoted excerpts with attribution and a link are welcome; bulk scraping, republishing, or framing the site without written permission is not.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from loans obtained from third parties, or from reliance on editorial content. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing law & disputes

These terms follow the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute over your use of this website (not over a loan — that's governed by your lender's agreement) belongs in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
